Select which lists you want to export from a SharePoint site

This page is used to select which lists to export and is presented if you have chosen the option to "Export lists and libraries from this site only" in the previous step of the "Replication Wizard."

Description of the element:
  1. Default export type: Two options are available here "Export only the lists and libraries selected below" and  "Export lists and libraries, except those unchecked below" These are discussed in depth later in this article. Clicking "Export binary content" will select all lists and libraries in the "Export List" column. Selecting "Export attachments" will select the export of binary content for all the lists and libraries listed. Clicking "Keep deleted items" selects the "Keep deleted items" check box for each list or library.
  2. List selection grid: This contains a list of all the SharePoint lists and libraries in you chosen site.
  3. Item Count: Shows how many items are in a particular SharePoint list or library.
  4. Export list: Tick this option to replicate all the metadata for a particular list or library
  5. Export binary content: Tick this option if you would like to replicate the binary content for a particular SharePoint library such as a document library.
  6. Export attachments: Tick this box to replicate binary attachments for a particular list or library. An additional table will be created in SQL Server to normalise this 1 to many relationships (since you can have multiple list attachments per list item)
  7. Keep deleted items: Tick this box if you would like SQList to keep deleted SharePoint list or library items in SQL Server. This is useful if you would like to archive SharePoint data in SQL Server. An additional field is generated against your list or library in SQL Server that show's which items have been deleted in SharePoint
  8. Back: Go back to the previous step of the replication wizard
  9. Next: Go to the next item of the "Replication Wizard."
  10. Cancel: Cancel the "Replication Wizard."
  11. Help: Opens this page.
